Exchange Policy

At Luvslike, we aim to give you the best shopping experience.
We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Wrong item received

Once approved, we will send you a replacement parcel.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and the reason for exchange.

  • Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue (this is required).

  • After approval, we’ll send your exchange parcel.

Exchange Fee – Rs. 290

We charge a flat Rs. 290 for exchange service.
This covers the two-way courier charges (pickup + delivery).

Return Policy (For Damaged Items Only)

If your product is damaged and you don’t want an exchange, you can request a return.
This is only allowed in rare cases.

Conditions:

  • A clear unboxing video must be provided immediately after receiving the parcel.

  • Return shipping will be arranged by the customer and sent to our address.

  • After approval, we will refund the amount after deducting Rs. 290 for courier costs.

Note:

  • Refunds are only allowed for damaged items with valid proof.

  • No refund for size issues or change of mind.

Important Guidelines

  • No return or exchange without an unboxing video.

  • No exchange or return for size or preference issues.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
