Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange the item under the following terms:

1. Exchange Fee: A charge of 250 Rupees will apply to all exchanges, regardless of the item.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items: If the item is damaged or there is any genuine issue with the product, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please report the issue within 2-3 days of receiving the item.

3. Non-Exchangeable Circumstances: If the exchange request is due to an unknown or unjustified reason, we will not be able to accommodate the exchange.

Please ensure that the item being exchanged is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the above conditions are not met.
